My primary research focuses on plant metabolomics data mining and bioinformatics tool development. Key projects include:
Developing and maintaining the TidyMass shinyapp;
Elucidating the molecular mechanisms of flavonoid-mediated regulation in cotton fiber development and stress adaptation (Gossypium hirsutum);
Deciphering the metabolic basis and molecular pathways underlying functional lipid improvement in maize kernel;
Constructing comprehensive metabolite databases for major agroeconomic crops.
